I build things that
move and fly.

I'm a student interested in mechanical engineering, aerospace, and embedded systems. Most of what I work on starts with a question, a pile of parts, and a lot of testing.

01 / PROJECTS

A few things I've
worked on.

Some hardware, some code, and a lot of notes from trying to make things work.

RESEARCH / MACHINE LEARNING

Predicting engine life

A project using NASA turbofan data to estimate remaining useful life. I built a single pipeline for loading data, training models, evaluating them, and comparing results.

EXPERIMENTS / MODELS

Comparing model architectures

I tested 22 neural-network architectures using the same setup. The point was less about finding a flashy winner and more about seeing what held up under a fair comparison.

02 / HOW I LIKE TO WORK

Build it. Test it.
Learn from it.

A

Start with something real

I'm most interested when software has to deal with hardware, sensors, forces, or a real constraint.

B

Test before guessing

If I can measure it or compare it, I'd rather do that than assume I know the answer.

C

Keep the notes

The failed attempts are usually where I learn the most, so I try to record what happened and why.

03 / RIGHT NOW

Still learning.
Still building.

I'm a rising senior at Eastlake High School and plan to apply to college for fall 2027. I'm looking for places where I can keep exploring mechanical engineering, aerospace, and hardware.
